9-11-2001

I hope that each and every one of you took at least a small moment out of your busy day to remember the 3000 innocent people that died in the largest Mass Murder in American history.

Remember the day that 19 radical Islamic terrorists took away 3000 of our Wives and Husbands, Fathers and Mothers, Sisters and Brothers.

It was 12 years ago and life goes on. However the scar in our Hearts as well as the New York skyline will never be healed.

Talk to your Children, Friends and Relatives, America must NEVER FORGET September 11th

Independance Day

The Fourth of July has come and gone.

Yes we all had our fill at the BBQ and spent the dusk hours watching fireworks but how many of us truly contemplated independence?

237 years ago we Declared our Independence from King George. The document that made that break is a single page of hand written parchment.

It got me thinking. How did our early politicians define the 13 Colonies separation from England in document that was less than one page long. Remember that the “Declaration of Independence” also held all 56 of the signatures on that single page. This is a document that has stood the test of time for more than two centuries.

If we look at our modern day politicians it appears that they can not do anything in less than a 1000 pages. Some of their documents are so obese that they have no idea what is in them when they vote on them. Most of the politicians do not even bother to read the documents before voting on them. One politician even had the nerve to say on all the National networks that they have to pass the bill to find out what is in the bill.

I can say with 100% certainty that each and every one of the 56 people that signed the Declaration, read it first.

This reproduction of the Declaration of Independence that hangs on my wall was stamped and canceled during America’s BiCentennial Celebration (July 4th 1976) at America’s first spaceport.
